The information provided is managed by data centres and the information is harvested from these data centres into the GCW data catalogue.

The World Glacier Monitoring Service has discontinued the machine interface that has been used to link datasets to the GCW Data Portal. Thus WGMS datasets will no longer be visible in the GCW Data Portal.
